第一百一十四条 有下列情形之一的，在公安机关作出治安管理处罚决定之前，应当由从事治安管理处罚决定法制审核的人员进行法制审核；未经法制审核或者审核未通过的，不得作出决定：

What was clear was that D&D was a place for us all to be, to relax, to maintain relationships. Even when we weren't even playing D&D anymore, we were still getting together.
