3月2日，全国首个嵌入电商平台生产作业环节的跨境电商零售出口“前置监管仓”在山东威海正式落地运行。3月2日上午，在山东威海临港区某电商平台物流仓库内，工作人员正在对跨境电商出口包裹进行打包分拣，这些包装好的包裹也顺势进入到海关跨境电商零售出口“前置监管仓”办理通关手续。只需几秒钟的时间，货物便可完成申报放行，然后就地装箱，当晚便可搭乘国际班轮发往国外。
